Curriculum

My curriculum is based on bi-weekly units along with academic learning. I provide a three-year curriculum so children that are with me for three years get to learn new things each year. Along with my unit studies I have a learning focus in the following areas: fine & gross motor skills, literacy, math, self-help, and social & emotional skills. We have outside playtime everyday all year long. During outside playtime the preschoolers strengthen large muscles, coordination, and balance. They explore nature and use their senses to experience each season and different weather conditions. Field trips are scheduled monthly to enhance learning experiences. At the end of each school year, each child will be gifted a personalized portfolio with pictures and artwork full of preschool memories.
